Joshua Claybourn

Joshua Claybourn is an attorney in Evansville, Indiana, practicing primarily in corporate transactional law, health care law, and regulatory compliance. He counsels physicians and medical professionals on a variety of health law related issues, including physician contracting, regulatory and corporate compliance, the Stark law, and fraud and abuse. Joshua is admitted to the Indiana state bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. He is also a member of the Evansville and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association.

Among other civic and political activities, Joshua is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library and the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library Foundation, both serving a library system with a collection of nearly one million items and an annual budget in excess of $10 million. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Mulberry Center, Inc., a not for profit corporation established to provide individual, marital, family, and addictions counseling.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. There he served as an executive editor on the Indiana Health Law Review, as well as the moot court Order of Barristers. Prior to law school he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
